@wendy: a friend of ours were having the same situation as well. The thing is there is no way that the company don’t accept the letter of resignation. If they insist, you can approach the ministry of manpower or the union for your rights.

I am resigning because your management is the most assbackwards, talking out of both sides of your mouth calamity I have ever had the misfortune to witness.
Your relentless promises of improvement are only eclipsed by the number of times you went and did the exact opposite.
Your penchant for shoveling ever more of the load onto ever-fewer of us hard working, dedicated people is akin to assrape.

This was a great explanation on the importance of a resignation letter. It seems many of those in the workforce are so concerned with getting a job they forget about the continuity of developing a career. To be honest I was not going to write a resignation letter since I am on good terms with leaving my current employer. However my friend convinced me it is the professional thing to do. I am glad I found this web site, I need to find the right words to resign from my current job 6 years, This job is very stressful and when I am oncall on weekends (6 times a year, they do not allow some people like me (vendor) to work form home, and that is simply not compatible with my family logistics…please help me find the wirte words to write a resignation letter
